Omaha is just OK. It has thriving arts and music scenes, a lot of good jobs, excited young people, and a strong philanthropic tradition. It also has terrible economic and racial segregation, increasing suburban sprawl, and an unhealthy dependence on automobile transportation.
I use this blog to consider the state of the city. Hidden somewhere in here might be a vision for the future.
